Voltage regulation cabinets ELREM PRO-RRNx with electronical (IGBT) voltage regulators of the new generation emReg-N and auxiliary transformers TRNx, is designed for a three-phase, automatic, phase uncoupled, contactless and continuous stabilization of voltage on private and public installations. It is aimed for voltage stabilization/regulation of mains voltage supply whose characteristics do not allow or endanger reliable and long-time efficient operation of installation and connected equipment. Mutualy independent regulation of phase voltages, very fast response (100 ms), additional filtration of harmonic distortions, lack of influence of regulation to shape and power factor of both regulated installation and mains network are some of the importrant qualities of the product. It possesses very effective operational, control, monitoring, safety and protection functions, such as: suppression of overvoltage transients, automatic self-initiated very fast active protection in case of current surges, overload and short-circuit surge (controlled staged cut-off in 10-100us and self-reset protocols, hand-shake protocols with cabinet processor), faulty condition diagnostics and memory, automatic bypass function initiated by regulator and controlled by a cabinet processor in case of a faulty state of the regulator or activation of protection devices in the cabinet. Similar protection is integrated in the cabinet switching equipment with adequate capacity and selectivity.There are multiple filtering and double-action active overvoltage, current surges and temperature protections implemented in the cabinet. This strategy of protection of a very high degree, pays itself by securing the constant functionality and supply of the stabilized installation (uninterrupted and continous operation of facility in case of demage and failure) and a high level of protection of the cabinet and installation equipment. All funcions of the cabinet are controlled by the processor-controller PRO-RN with interactive man-machine interface-digital LCD and functional programmable keyboard. This type of regulation is power-factor independent. Regulated output voltage is in shape equal to sinusoidal input voltage of the mains, practically unaffected with generated distortion (THDu < 0,2 % ), thanks to very efficient filtering. There are two ranges of stabilization/regulation: basic range + /- 10% Uin and extended range + /- 18% Uin or on demand. Nominal factory set output voltage is 230V or on demand (option with manual setting is possible by means of cabinet processor PRO-RN interactive interface). Efficacy of the regulation is very good, better than 95%. The cabinets are produced as self-standing cabinets with controlled temperature and cooling; in two basic outlines: for indoors (Polyurethane or epoxy coated steel cabinet) and for outdoors (reinforced polyester cabinet); of installed feed-through power: basic range + /- 10% Uin (extended range, + /- 18% Uin )x=1- 3 x 4(2) kVA, x=2 - 3 x 7(4) kVA,x =3 - 3 x 14(7) kVA, x=4 - 3 x 25(12) kVA. The cabinets comply/conform to valid Croatian standards and regulations: HRN EN50274:2002, HRN EN 60439-1:1999/A1:2004,HRN EN 60947-4-3:2005, HRN EN 61000-3-2:2001 i HRN EN 61000-3-3:1997, valid regulations, and EU Directive 2004/108/EC. We issue production, testing and implementation certificates and declarations of conformity and quality after set-up and probe operation.
