emReg R – 3x230V is a three-phase compact regulator made to work without additional transformer-power amplifier and inductive filter PR in case of uncompensated (tungsten) lamps or with inductive filter–ballast PR in case of compensated (capacitive load), gas high-intensity- discharge lamps(HID)to power max. 3x3,68kW(kVA) / 230V,50 Hz. The regulation field is 0-100% in outline HAL, 60-100% in outline HQI, 50-100% in outline NaV/HPS; continuously or by programme. emReg R—3x230V/TRRn is a three-phase compact regulator for operation with auxiliary voltage transformers TRRx of special design, where primary and secondary windings are connected serially into a star as an additional serial voltage source and regulation power amplifier. The electronical voltage regulator emReg R controls effective value of voltage through modulation of primary transformer current in time domain, so that secondary voltage is superimposed with negative polarity to network voltage. The nominal power of the transformer is equal to feed-through power of each phase of regulated load up to 3 x 12 kVA / 230V, 50 Hz without impact on power factor of installation, or on demand. emReg R—3x400V TRRx is a three-phase compact regulator for operation with auxiliary voltage transformers TRRx of special design, where primary windings are connected serially into a delta and secondary windings are connected serially into a star as an additional serial voltage source and regulation power amplifier. Transistor controllers (dimmers) and lighting regulators emReg R belong to the group of devices for the so called group regulation of lighting intensity of all kinds of lighting sources which, according to physical properties of standard performances of sources, support the function of lighting flux regulation through high-frequency pulse-width-modulation in each half-period of sine voltage with the help of antparallel transistor (IGBT) switches (ventils) in practical limits, according to programmed or externaly ledset-valueof output voltage (percentage of atenuation), with built-in memory of permanenly memorized parameters of control, regulation and protection with automatic self-initiated functions.This way of controlling supply voltage/power is the newest, a most advanced and funcionally practically perfect way of regulating the output of a lighting installation, compared to other electronical, as well as electromechanical and hybrid regulators. EmReg R regulators have all the properties required for such sort of devices, in the sense of regulation characteristics, as well as in the sense of self-protective, diagnostic and information functions. emReg R are regulators with microprocessor control of their own functions, with intelligent exchange of information with their enviroment and recognition of statuses and parameters on its interfaces. These regulators have been in use for a shorter period of time. The oldest devices in operation have been in use for three years and are highly reliable (less than 2.5 % of failures a year) over the years of uninterrupted work (history data on grounds of cca 100 three phase units) on installations with highest exposure to hard operative and atmosphere conditions (oscillations of voltage, flicker, overvoltage spikes, close thunder blows – installations with common PEN grounding, short circuits in installations etc.). Auxiliary protection against short circuit is not necessary. Other protective and self-protective functions are: automatic resetting of protection caused by overvoltage, automatic bypass of regulators in case of damage or protection; protection from overcurrent and short circuit current (controlled switch-off in interval 10-100us), over-temperature, incorrect function of the enviroment (cabinet). Each of the aforementioned protection functions has at least two levels of action. Control of the regulator emReg R is performed by pulse-width-modulated signal (PWM) – locally or remotely, with processor device PRO - xx where the function of controlling of the regulator depends on demands of the lighting network. Additionally, PRO –xx can perform remote control and diagnostics of lighting installation. |
