Text Box: 	Automatics for the control and regulation of tunnel lighting PRO- CT

             PRO - CT  automatics is a set of modular PLC for control of tunnel lighting installation leaving zones, entrances and exit adaptation zones and transition (interior) zones, realized via software of design and selected hardware of reliable producer of PLCs Moeller- system EASY. The central panel-mount module processes the measurement signal from the illuminance/luminance transducer MPLx(4-20mA)-main and reserve signal from transducers in portal-approaching/leaving zones. Dependant on the illuminance/luminance transfer function (LTF), it switches and leads the intensity of lighting in respective tunnel adaptation zones by daylight, virtually continually from 12,5%  to 100% of maximum intensity, by a method of combining the levels (25%, 50% and 100% of full adaptation zone power/intensity of light-output through lamp-group switching and the regulation of relative intensity in range 50-100% in each level of operation).                                                                        The set consists of the abovementioned panel-mount module with man-machine interface (picture), an extension PLC module and a communication module, all equipped with appropriate software. In configurations with more cabinets in the same adaptation zone, each cabinet has it own set.

             Automatics performs all functions of locally automatic and manual operations of the cabinet, subordinated to and conformed with remote-control-system (RCS; with permanently active protective, control and diagnostic functions of cabinet and regulators).

             A display shows the illuminance data (klux), actual regulation percentage, the level of operation, the main transducer status, active real power (kW) and date and hour. Any malfunction of the transducer or cabinet and regulator operation error is displayed and signaled to RCS.

             Outputs for continual leading of regulation are pulse-width-modulated (PWM) and conformed to implemented regulator type elREG-NaV/emReg R. For the control of compensation batteries for power factor correction, there are 4 digital outputs on/off, for lamp-group switching control 5 digital outputs on/off and for intensity control 2x3 digital outputs (PWM Open-collector). All switching levels; at min.&max. intensity of lamp-groups (circuits supporting levels of operation), switching levels compensation batteries, as well as other parameters (time, default back-up mode, etc.) are restricted, programmed according our typeset specifications and, if requested, altered according to main design specifications.

             PRO - Rx is PLC for the control of switchgear in tunnel lighting cabinets. The device controls the operation of switchgear following the commands from system automatics PRO-CT. It registries and displays eventual errors and faults in operation, which are submitted to RCS. It consists of a system EASY controller and original software.                            The operational data and time and date are displayed. Faults and errors in switchgear operation are processed, and appear on the display. In case of minor significance they may be manually reset. The device counts faults by type and memorizes the time of operation in each level of intensity. All data can be seen by scrolling the display by means of a function-keyboard.

             PRO - Vx  is a PLC device for the control of switchgear in tunnel ventilation cabinets ELREM PRO—TVx. The device controls the operation of switchgear following the commands from system automatics, either PRO-VT or other (RCS substation). It registries and displays eventual errors and faults in operation, which are submitted to RCS. It consists of a system EASY controller and original software.                                                                                                                                  The device monitors and controls functions in electromotor switchgear; operational data and time and date are displayed. Faults and errors in switchgear operation are processed and appear on a display. In case of minor importance they may be reset manually. The device counts faults by type and memorizes the time of operation. All data can be seen by scrolling the display by means of a function-keyboard.

Text Box: 	Voltage regulator/stabilizer cabinet controler PRO-RNx

             PRO – RNx is a PLC device for the control of voltage regulator/stabilizer cabinet ELREM PRO – RRNx.

             The device controls the regulator emReg N through communication interface to the regulator-controler, and simultaneusly controls the operation of switchgear elements in the voltage regulator/stabilizer cabinet. Operating values (output voltages) and faulty states-errors with identification can be read at a display. All error-diagnostics are memorized until reset manually.

             PRO – Rx is layout of PLC for outdoor and indoor lighting cabinet with the regulation of illumination/lighting relative intensity  ELREM PRO - RRx , which beside standard functions, supports some auxiliary optional functions: the measuring of of output voltage (supplement of voltage transducer MPU-3): measurement and registration of totalized saved and spent energy, signalling the excessed % of lamp-fallout (with auxiliary energy-meter), remote control (auxiliary  modem). 

             GENERAL

             ELREM PRO - ** are PLCs for the control of lighting regulation and switching installation systems and quality voltage supply systems, as well as for the control of lighting and ventilation switchgear-cubicles/cabinets and voltage regulator/stabilizer-cubicles/cabinets. They are realized by software of own design and selected hardware of reliable producer of PLCs Kloeckner-Moeller- system EASY.                                                                                                                                 

The device controls the operation and protection functions of switchgear assembly and external regulator functions. If needed, it activates appropriate regulator protection functions and trials normal operation-regulator and/or switchgear reset. In case of unsuccessful trials, it activates the regulator bypass. Faults and protection trips are memorized until reset manually. All relevant statuses and malfunctions are registered and can be read on display. Communication with staff is maintained through interactive man-machine interface (functional keyboard + display). The operator needs a password to start the communication. The altering of operation parameters is restricted to authorized personnel via PC (laptop) and special software tools, which is not aimed at user-operators. Beside the standard function, there are optional functions as well, depending on the purpose.                                                                         

Design, construction and layout of PLC is for industrial environment, all inputs and outputs are galvanically isolated, which guarantees high reliability. Outputs are open-collector, for auxiliary relays activation.
